• What is a network of screens, and why is it preferable to placing independent screens at the point of sale?

A network of screens, as opposed to a simple screen at the point of sale, allows the advertiser to direct his campaign with great precision, across the entire communication network. All the screens of a given network receive the same information at the same time.

This then allows you to reach all your contacts on a national level and increase your ROI.


•What are the advantages of owning a network from an installation point of view?

The placement of screens is carefully studied, with more than 2000 screens already installed.

Yes: Futura Agency is a creative team of five people who specialise in point-of-sale communication.


• What kinds of file formats does your media support?

Our media supports JPEG, MPEG, MPEG 2, SWF, HTML and XML files.


• What kinds of messages are broadcast on your media?

Our media was developed to support all the usual advertising methods. We highly recommend short-format animated mini spots, which we develop with our advertisers. The rest of the content, which is informative and educational, is developed internally with our editorial line, with the advice and support of specialists.


• Does your media support sound?

Our media supports sound. The choice to use sound is at the discretion of the network operator.


FUTURAMEDIA has also developed an audio marketing solution (FUTURAMUSIC®), that allows for the smooth management of audio communications (acoustic atmosphere+advertising messages) on the POS-POI.

• What is the minimum duration of a campaign?

While the minimum duration of a campaign on our pharmacy network is two weeks, it depends on the type of network.


• How many times a day will my spot be broadcast?

The number of daily broadcasts depends on the duration of the loop and on the point-of-sale location.


• What do your rates include?

Our pricing has been developed around objective criteria such as the number of screens making up a network and the total surface of the ad.


• What is the target consumer’s perception of the FUTURAMEDIA™ media?

A recent study published by the IHA/GfM Institute has demonstrated that advertising at the POS-POI was by far the best perceived with only 9% unfavourable opinions as opposed to 25% for those in newspapers, 43% for the Internet, 46% for radio and 69% for television.
